It is understood that the stock of genuine "hair porcelain" in the market is scarce and its market price has remained high. Mysterious "Mao Porcelain" remains rare

After the “Mao Porcelain” in Fuling, “7501 Mao Porcelain” was born in Jingdezhen. Why is it named 7501? However, due to Mao’s physical reasons, porcelain was not replaced after firing in 1976, so strictly speaking, the No "7501 porcelain" was used. Whether it is Liling's “Mao Porcelain” or “7501 Porcelain Porcelain” is a quality product in modern and contemporary porcelain, and its quantity is extremely limited. It is estimated that the total amount of the two “Mao Porcelain” will not exceed 5,000 pieces. With the constant deepening of people's understanding of "hair porcelain", its price is also rising sharply, and it has become a new hot spot in the market.

The price of "hair porcelain" has doubled in 20 years

It is often said that things are rare and precious, and “hair porcelain” has always been known as the red official kiln porcelain. This kind of fine porcelain produced under certain historical conditions has also resulted in sparse stocks because of the control of production at that time.

In the past 20 years, these mysterious porcelains have risen from a few thousand yuan each to several hundred thousand yuan now. There are also some “mao porcelain” products that can reach a million yuan. Jiang Yuejin said: “From the current primary market of Mao Ceramics, it can be described as extremely active. Many collectors will go to the country of origin to look for 'Mao Porcelain'. In addition, the price of remanufactured 'Mao Porcelain' also follows Level 1. The hot and hot water in the market has risen and is becoming a hot item in the Tibetan city.”

But there are also insiders pointed out: "Although 'Mao Porcelain' repeatedly creates high prices in the auction, but after all, the number of shots is extremely limited, the auction as a secondary market for works of art is a market for the selection and re-export of fine arts. In the secondary market, the concept of 'Mao Porcelain' has always been controversial. Fu Ling's 'Mao Porcelain' and Jingdezhen's '7501 Mao Porcelain' have not yet received a credible standard to tell people in the end who is the real 'Mao'. "Porcelain" is one of the reasons why major auction houses rarely touch Mao Ceramics.

Market collections need to clarify sources

Although the contemporary “Mao Porcelain” is a daily-use porcelain, it has chosen the best raw materials for its production, and has also concentrated on the best production talents of the ceramic industry at that time. It has rareness, and therefore it possesses the characteristics of a collection. Because of the high collection value of “hair porcelain”, the selling price of the market is constantly rising, so imitation products are also increasing, and collectors need to pay special attention during the transaction. Do not take it lightly. Jiang Yuejin said: "In the chaotic environment of the current antique market, the collection of 'Mao Porcelain' should not only allow parents to take a little bit of control but also keep an eye on order."

It is understood that Jingdezhen is currently replicating "mao porcelain" in large quantities, and most of the "porcelain porcelain" in the market are imitations, and many of them are almost tangible. Industry sources said that the collection of such collections is one of the important criteria.

It is understood that the actual number of "bred porcelain" on the market is small, but not all "hair porcelain" has a high value. Relevant experts said that the most valuable thing in general should be products sent to Zhongnanhai. They are impeccable in quality and the most complete in variety. Of course, these "hair porcelains" have been owned by the country and it is difficult to enter the market again. As for the rest of those “hair porcelains” that are dispersed in the private sector, some of them can also be quality, but there are also a considerable number of defective products. The collection value of such “porcelain porcelain” is naturally lower. Followed by those products that are complicated to make and have a small number of firings, such as armrests in stationery, are also good investments.

In addition, because of the scarcity of “porcelain”, collectors can also choose other porcelain produced by the Red Kiln, and their prices will not be as high as those of “Mao Porcelain”.
