It is reported that BYSI’s first flagship store in China will be settled at Sunshine Plaza, Youyi Road, Hexi District, Tianjin by the end of 2012.

This cooperation is the first overseas brand cooperation agreement signed by Sunshine Shares since expanding its overseas high-quality retail brand business. The exclusive introduction of foreign brands will become one of the means by which Sunny Shares can achieve differentiated competition in shopping centers.

Li Rui said that at present, the company holds, operates and manages 32 commercial projects in 14 cities across the country, with a total construction area of ​​2 million square meters. In the next few years, the company will have several new projects entering the market.
