The quality evaluation of Saitama is based on the following eight basic elements and standards:

1. Color

There are various types of colors and different shades of jade, which can be roughly classified according to the type of color and depth.

Green series: dark green, green, green, grass green, light green.

Black series: ink, black, blue, dark gray, gray, light gray.

White series: milky, white, colorless.

Color mixing series: dark green, yellow-green, green-yellow, yellow-white, white-yellow and gray-white.

Jade series: red texture, brown texture, orange texture.

Among the various color series, the green series is the best. When the specific evaluation of the color is good or bad, the observation, analysis, concentration, purity, vividness and evenness should be performed from four aspects. Concentration refers to the depth of color, generally the best in medium concentration, too deep or too shallow and poor. Purity refers to the degree of pureness of the hue. When mixed with other hue, it is not pure or called color cast. Obviously, the purer the hue is, the better the hue is. Brightness refers to the brightness of the color, also known as color Yang, of course, the higher the degree of vividness, the better. Uniformity refers to the uniformity of color distribution. In general, the more uniform the color is, the better the uniformity is. However, it is not true for some Saitama varieties, such as flower jade, all kinds of red, brown and orange tones and variations. Patterns often constitute strange and beautiful images, but they are more precious.

2. Transparency

Transparency is more important for the five categories because the vast majority of single crystal gemstones are transparent, with little difference, while Wang Shi is not. Brightness varies widely. Most are opaque, slightly transparent, or translucent, and a few are Transparent or translucent, so the transparency is more precious. An outstanding feature of Xiuyan Serpentine Jade is that it is generally more transparent. It is not only more transparent than the serpentine kings in other regions, but also has higher transparency than other jades. Judging from the statistics of various jade carvings on the market, most of them are translucent or translucent, and a few are transparent and slightly transparent. There are few opaque ones. The reason why Saitama is known as one of the four famous kings in China is that transparency has played a key role.

3. Texture

The finer the texture of jade, the better, the more uniform the better. Jade is a polycrystal aggregate. The size of the crystal grains determines the fineness and roughness of the jade. The smaller the crystal grain size, the finer the jade. The larger the grain size, the coarser the jade. Generally observed with the naked eye, if there is a clear grainy, then the jade is thicker, if there is no graininess, then the jade is more delicate, if there is no graininess under 1Q times the magnifying glass, then the jade is very delicate. In general, most of the textures of Daiyu are more delicate, and a few are slightly rough. Texture and transparency are directly related to the rotation of the spinning light, that is, the finer the texture, the higher the transparency, the better the throwing rotation, and the stronger the surface reflection, which increases the beauty of Daiyu and improves the quality of Yuwang. On the contrary, the coarser the texture and the poorer the transparency, the worse the rotation of the spinning rotation, which reduces the quality of the jade.

4. Clarity

Clarity refers to the degree of internal cleanliness of gemstones, ie, how much impurities and helium are contained. Because of its good transparency, Saitama can visually observe impurities and flaws in the interior, making it easy to judge its clarity.
